Method of Application:
- Veedol Ruspro DWX 32 is best applied by dipping, however, spraying or brushing are also suitable.
- The machined components, free of foreign matter, are directly dipped/immersed into Ruspro DWX 32 for a short time and taken out.
- The moisture from the components settles at the bottom and the film formation takes place.
- The components not having any moisture can also be dipped to get rust preventive coating (shot blasted castings).
- Spraying should be at low to moderate pressure to ensure formation of a rust preventive film.

- “Before the treated work piece is handled or wrapped, time must be allowed for the solvent to evaporate and the film to dry.

Storage:
All packages should be stored under cover. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight, intense cold and extreme temperature fluctuations. Where outside storage is unavoidable, drums should be laid horizontally or properly covered to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings.
Health, Safety and Environment:
The product should be handled carefully. It is a highly flammable and a potential skin and eye irritant. Special care should be taken when spraying, as misted product greatly increases the risk of fire. Use only in a well-ventilated area away from sources of ignition including static discharge.
