Calsol 2 Pro Grease
Calcium Sulfonate Complex Grease
Greases
Calsol 2 Pro Grease

possess excellent high temperature and water tolerance characteristics which makes this grease the
ultimate choice for severe applications. Due to its inherent EP property, this grease exhibits great stability in the presence of water, allowing a balance between wear protection and resistance to corrosion.
Calcium Sulfonate complex greases are an excellent alternative to conventional greases for consistent
performance in harsh operating conditions. With very high water resistance and improved extreme pressure characteristics, these greases are excellent choices for most demanding applications like steel mill, paper, and pulp machineries.
Features/Benefits:
- Exceptional water tolerance ensures continued lubrication even in presence of heavy water contamination.
- Outstanding high temperature resistance prevents grease from oil bleeding, helps maintain its structure for prolonged time.
- High mechanical and shear stability provides extended re-greasing intervals, reduces overall consumption, and improves cost savings.
- Excellent load carrying capacity protects equipment from heavy and shock loads, reduces break down and improves operating profit.
Application:
- Steel mill applications like ladle turret bearings, continuous caster, work roll bearings, roll neck, Coiler mandrel etc.
- Wet end, grinding and pulper, press etc. in paper and pulp industry.
- Vibrating screens of asphalt hot mix plant.
- Marine and offshore applications.
- Automotive, agricultural, construction, cement and mining industry machinery.
- Applications requiring resistance to high load and humid environment.
- Operating temperature range -20°C to +180°C.
- Can be used above 180°C with increased re-greasing interval. Regreasing interval to be
determined by the user.
