Arden 2 Grease

Non-Soap Grease

Arden 2 Grease

description

Veedol Arden 2 Grease is a premium quality high temperature non-soap grease formulated with high viscosity base oil and performance additives.

This clay based non-melt grease is specially developed for high temperature applications found in various manufacturing sector. Veedol Arden 2 Grease is recommended for medium to large, low speed bearings operating at very high temperatures where conventional soap-based greases typically fail to provide satisfactory lubrication.

Features/Benefits

  • High base oil viscosity provides excellent lubrication to slow moving parts.
  • Excellent high temperature resistance makes this grease suitable for high temperature applications
  • Very good oxidation resistance at high temperature helps reducing formation of harmful deposits.
  • Good pumpability makes this grease suitable for use in centralized lubrication systems.

Application:

  • Steel mills, ceramic and glass industry where high temperature resistant grease is required.
  • Drying oven, conveyor bearings, hot-mix plant bearing lubrication.
  • Also suitable for hinges, chains and pins operating under high temperature.
  • Operating temperature range -10°C to +180°C.
  • Can be used above 200°C with increased re-greasing interval.
