Anodrip

Formulated with high quality base oil and carefully selected additives, they provide excellent anti-friction characteristics to prevent stick-slip, jerky motion, and chatter. Faster separability from water soluble cutting fluids enhances coolant life and improves cutting performance. The unique formulation is suitable for a wide variety of way materials, including steel on steel and steel on polymer.
Features/Benefits
- Excellent friction reduction and stick-slip prevention ensures precise and smooth movement of machine components, enhancing machining accuracy
- Very good tackiness property prevents dripping into the cutting fluid sump and provides continuous lubrication, even under heavy pressure and slow-moving conditions.
- Excellent demulsibility helps faster and complete separation from water-soluble cutting fluid emulsions, enabling easier removal by skimming. This enhances cutting performance and extends coolant life
- Enhanced corrosion protection prevents corrosion-related damage and extends the life of machine components.
Application:
- Lubrication of machine tools slideways, tables and feed machine.
- Anodrip 32, 68 and 150 are recommended for horizontal slideway lubrication.
- Anodrip 220 is suitable for vertical slideway owing to its higher viscosity.

Storage:
All packages should be stored under cover. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight, intense cold and extreme temperature fluctuations. Where outside storage is unavoidable, drums should be laid horizontally or properly covered to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings.
