Adacut Drill Pro

Veedol Adacut Drill Pro is a transparent, low viscosity oil containing active sulphur. It is a specialized lubricant used in deep hole drilling operations, particularly in the process of gun drilling. It is formulated to provide efficient cooling, lubrication, and chip removal ensuring optimal performance and longevity of the drilling tools.
Features/Benefits:
- High lubricity reduces friction between the drill and workpiece providing excellent surface finish, minimizes tool wear and extends the life of gun drill.
- Excellent cooling properties effectively dissipate heat generated during the drilling process, prevent thermal expansion of the tool and workpiece, helping maintain the dimension of drilled holes.
- Effective chip removal due to low viscosity allowing efficient flushing of chips and debris from drilling area, ensures smooth operation.
- High corrosion protection ensures long term protection of machinery and components.
Application:
- Suitable for Deep hole drilling.
- Gun drilling.
